On January 24, Nick Halverson was given a tour of the municipality
buildings of San Isidro del General by Deputy Mayor Hans Cruz.

 You better book now!
I returned from my last trip to Costa Rica in late January 2007. This is the busiest I have ever seen the South Pacific region. Between the busy hotels and busy restaurants the excitement and energy was seen everywhere. However, the laid back charm of the region, beautiful wildlife and easy-going lifestyle are still the most appealing reasons to visit (in my opinion).
I met with several hotel owners who said that they are over 96% booked from mid-January through to April. In fact, one owner has six consecutive weeks of repeating clients booking his entire hotel. Not too bad considering he and his wife just purchased the hotel less than two years ago!
Our real estate company continues to grow in terms of new clients and new staf on almost a weekly basis. As some of our guests have learned, it is imperative that you move quickly when you see a piece of property you like.
