Buyers Travel Incentive Program

San Buenas Golf Resort is offering a travel package for potential buyers designed to provide a worry-free visit to the property.  Buyers simply need to provide the SBGR staff with their arrival and departure information to and from San Jose International Airport and we will take care of the rest.

Potential buyers will be required to make a $1500 deposit to reserve their SBGR tour.  If a deposit is made on an SBGR property within 10 days of the last day of their trip, buyers will receive a $2500 discount off the purchase price.   If a trip is booked for July, buyers will receive an additional $1000 discount off the purchase price.  This offer applies to single family home lots only.

Buyer books own flight to CR.  Once in CR, all travel arrangements will be handled by SBGR, including flights/land transfer from San Jose to Palmar Sur, transportation during their stay, hotel, meals, tour and flights/land transfer back to San Jose. Cost per couple will be $1500.

Travel Details

International flights will be arranged by buyer. 

Thursday

Buyer will be at San Jose International Airport by 8:30 AM.

A domestic flight to Palmar Sur will depart at 9:30 AM.

Driver will meet buyers traveling by air at the Palmar Sur airport and will transport them to a designated hotel.   

If buyer chooses to travel by land to the project, SBGR will arrange for a driver to pick them up either at the airport or designated hotel.  The driver will transport the buyer to a designated hotel near the SBGR property.  

Buyers are invited to a cocktail reception at the hotel. 

Dinner at the hotel.

Friday

Breakfast will be provided by SBGR at the hotel. 

A tour of the SBGR property will begin at 9:00 AM.

Lunch at a local restaurant will be provided by SBGR.

After the SBGR property tour, the driver will be available to bring interested parties to any location in the area surrounding SBGR. 

Buyers may also relax at the hotel.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Saturday  

Breakfast will be provided by SBGR at the hotel.

A tour of the local amenities including the new hospital, local infrastructure improvements, shopping in Dominical, local grocery store, liquor store, municipality offices, and a cocktails at a local restaurant will begin at 10 AM. 

A picnic lunch on Play Ventanas.   

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Sunday

Breakfast at the hotel. 

Transfer to Palmar Sur for flight back to San Jose.
