A large expansion in the healthcare system is welcomed in Costa Rica. With many new facilities and expansion of existing facilities, the Costa Rican healthcare system will reach new heights.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 19, 2008 -- The Costa Rican Social Security System has announced recently that it seeks to expand its health care facilities. This includes a $3.8 million allocation for a new facility in Alajuelita, with a population of 100,000, slated for April. Additionally there are plans for a $9.7 million hospital in Ojo de Agua on the southern Pacific coast, which is also scheduled to be finished in April. In May, there is a $7 million Women's Hospital to be built in downtown San Jose.

Bill Batkin, owner of Discover Costa Rica Real Estate selling land in , responded by saying "This new expansion in health care will be a great boom to the quality of life for the people living in Southern Costa Rica. Southern Costa Rica is a favorite destination for retirees from all over the World. They find that they can own a beautiful Ocean View Lot for a fraction of what it would cost in their own Country, they also find they can obtain a better quality of life, which comes from the many benefits of breathing clean fresh mountain air, drinking pure clean fresh mountain water and enjoying a healthy diet comprised of all the mouth watering tropical fruits, and garden fresh vegetables.

Our projects are particularly attractive to these kinds of buyers because of their close proximity to the new State of the Art Hospital which comes fully equipped with the latest modern medical technologies and amenities that they are used to. It is also great that the Costa Rican Government has realized the potential that Southern Costa Rica Real Estate has to offer this Country by building this beautiful Hospital down here.

Any expansion in health care is always a benefit to the Real Estate business, as buyers feel more comfortable in their purchase when they know their health will be good hands."
