Ocean Properties and Management in New Smyrna Beach is expanding its marketing activities to the Bahamas through an agreement with the developer of Pineapple Point Resort, a community of 30 luxury waterfront units on Treasure Cay.

The company says extending its marketing territory to the Bahamas is practical because Treasure Cay is about an hour from the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach airports, which both offer direct daily flights to the island.

Pricing for the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums are in the low-$500,000 range, and the three-bedroom, three-bathroom models are priced in the upper-$500,000 range.
