According to a UNIMER Survey of Public Opinion for Costa Rica's largest Spanish newspaper La Nacion, after nine months in office, the opinions on Dr. Oscar Arias remain good. The opinions of those who rate his performance “Good” to “Very good” outnumber those who say it is “Bad” to “Very bad” three to one.
The findings also include an increase in the rate of confidence in the Government. But, contrary to the President’s good ratings, the ministers of his cabinet and the deputies to the Legislative Assembly lag far behind.nd available by appointment on Sundays.
