All units will come with full ownership Strata Title. These ARE NOT timeshares, you have full ownership of your unit just like buying a condo in the U.S or Canada. We offer an optional rental pool program where Sapphire Beach will manage your property when it's not in use. You keep 60% of your rental income and the resort keeps 40%.
HOA dues are $200 per month and include the following. All ground and dock maintenance, Sewer, Water, 24 hour security, Use of kayaks, Scheduled boat service to and from town, High speed internet, Satellite tv, Hazard insurance and a 20% discount at our onsite restaurant and bar. The only other thing owners are required to pay is your electric bill which must remain on should you elect to participate in the rental program.
All units come with a full furniture package included in your purchase price. Stainless Steel Appliances, Flat Panel Televisions and everything you need to move right in. Our furniture is made locally from a beautiful, High quality Belizean hardwood.
Seller will also refund your round trip airfare for up to two people should you decide to purchase a unit. We currently offer seller financing on all phase two units. For all two and three bedroom units we require 50% down at 7% interest amortized over 15 or 20 years with a 5 year balloon payment.
