Nick has been purchasing, selling and developing land for over six years in Costa Rica.He is also currently an owner in two Costa Rica real estate developments in the Puntarenas, Osa region. Las Villas de San Buenas and Osa Mountain Village.
He has also lived in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

About Charlotte Arce
Charlotte Arce is originally from Pennsylvania. She met and married her Costa Rican husband in November 2003. After the birth of their daughter, they moved to the Southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica in 2005, settling in the Ojochal area. She has a special connection to this country and has made it her home.
My Experience
Charlotte has worked in Real Estate since 2006. She is knowledgeable of laws and regulations in property buying and selling in Costa Rica. She specializes in the Central and South Pacific areas and works with her team of agents selling real estate in the Osa region.
